As President of Bain Staffing Services, Mr. Bain has extensive knowledge of the intricacies of sourcing and placing legal immigrants in positions with U.S. employers and has grown the operation from ‘start up’ to revenues in excess of $20 million and an average of 700-800 associates employed daily. He has personally negotiated large contracts with executive management and human resource professionals for mutually beneficial placement of top talent in the marketplace. With over 25 years’ experience in business, Mark Bain has established a strong client base that encompasses over 150 corporate and regional accounts and is expected to grow by 120% over the next fiscal year.

Specializing in supplying a niche market with non-US native candidates, Mr. Bain and his staff have successfully identified and met the many challenges of working with visa requirements, regulatory documentation and workers’ compensation issues. Mr. Bain has spearheaded a unique program for assisting placed candidates with special educational and cultural assimilation needs that has been met with very positive results from both employers and candidates.

In 2000, Mr. Bain was co-founder and Managing Partner of International Talent Bank, LLC (‘ITB’), an international staffing organization, to take strategic advantage of the US demand for information technology professionals. ITB recruited, screened, trained and placed Eastern European information technology professionals on contract basis with companies in the Atlanta area.

In 2001, Mr. Bain co-founded PRI, Inc. a for-profit organization focusing on meeting the critical need for professional nursing staff of the US healthcare industry while creating a knowledge-sharing cooperative arrangement for Ukrainian healthcare professionals, educational institutions, and government agencies.

Mr. Bain is also co-founder of Georgia Real Estate Service Corporation, a commercial property brokerage specializing in site selection for major developers with over $12 million in sales for 2004. Mr. Bain currently holds a portfolio of commercial real estate with recurring revenue streams and continues to assess opportunities to expand.
